Divergent Games Escape Rooms and Divergentgames.co.uk are owned and operated by Divergent Games Ltd.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
House Rules
Participants must agree to follow all instructions from staff while on the premises or participating in games. In the unlikely event of any loss, damage, personal injury or death, Divergent Games Ltd, The venue owner, their agents or employees shall not be held accountable.
Participants take part in the game at their own risk.
You will not be admitted to the game if you are intoxicated.
Food and drink must not be taken in to the game room, bottled water is permitted.
You may take photos and videos at the venue, however, the use of photographic, or recording equipment is not permitted inside the game rooms at any time, so no ‘in game’ selfies please.
An ‘adult helper’ will be required in each room to accompany groups of junior puzzlers aged 8-11.
An adult will be required to stay on the premises to accompany groups of children aged 12-14.
Groups aged 14+ may be unaccompanied but the booking must be made by an adult.
Bookings, Payments and Refunds
It is your responsibility to check the details of any bookings are correct and to contact Divergent Games directly if there are any details you wish to change. No changes or cancellations can be made to bookings within 48 hours of your game.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Refunds will only be made by management’s discretion.
No refunds will be given due to: non-attendance, late arrivals or where a participant is intoxicated.
Divergent Games Ltd reserves the right to charge participants, where damage is caused intentionally or through misuse.
If participants arrive more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled game, Divergent Games reserves the right to cancel the booking, no refunds will be made in these circumstances.
